Yes, Desertfest operates a strict 18+ policy across all venues. There are no exceptions to this rule.

Yes, once you have collected your wristband you are free to come & go. There will be a cloakroom at Rockefeller.
There is a stage at Rockefeller, John Dee and two at Revolver (downstairs and outside in the backyard). St. Edmunds program will be limited and released at a later stage.
Your tickets provide you access to all stages, although stages do vary in capacity so make sure you get in early if you want to catch an act!
There will be fully stocked bars offering alcoholic & non-alcoholic options at all venues. There are tons of restaurants close to all venues.
There’s also a couple of food vendors in the area outside Rockefeller.
